Terms & privacy

This is a product notice for the Dallas–Fort Worth launch, not a rental contract. A Texas attorney still has to draft the marketplace terms, the rental agreement, and the privacy policy before RentBros takes payment.

Accounts

You sign up with a work email and a password. RentBros stores a hash of the password, your business name, trade, city, phone, and the last four digits of an EIN if you provide them. Do not upload a full tax id.

Listings

You confirm you can rent or sell what you list. Sample listings are fictional and labeled. Real listings stay in review until an admin publishes them. Rental yards must be identified as yards.

Requests

A booking request is not a charge, a hold, or a contract. The estimate uses the published fee schedule so both sides see the same number.

Leads

The /join form stores your name, company, phone, email, city, trade, category choices, notes, the link source, and the browser user agent in the founding_leads table so the conference list is not lost.

Questions about a listing or a lead go to the address in NOTIFY_EMAIL once that inbox is set.
