How RentBros works
Renters
Rent equipment. List equipment. Get the job done.
- 01
Search the map
Filter by category, ZIP, and dates. Owner listings rank above rental yards.
- 02
See the estimate
Equipment adds a 6% renter fee. Heavy gear, anything 1,500 lb or more, and towable equipment need your insurance certificate. Smaller gear can book with a refundable deposit and a rental agreement. A damage waiver comes later. Nothing in the rental price is charged yet.
- 03
Send a request
The owner accepts or declines. You get an email when Resend is configured, and the request is always on your dashboard.
- 04
Pickup or delivery
Zone prices are in the estimate. Photo check-in and payouts come after payments launch.

Who can use RentBros?
Contractors, individuals, and farmers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, about 120 miles around Arlington. Rental yards can list, and they are labeled and ranked below owner gear.
What does a request cost?
The rental price is not charged. Certificate rentals need your own COI. Deposit rentals place a refundable hold for the owner's amount. RentBros does not sell insurance.
Where do founding-owner leads go?
The phone form at /join writes the Neon table founding_leads. Printed QR codes can add ?src= so we know which flyer they scanned.
